删除英文 README intro 下方的 overview 品牌图，把中英文 Hub 截图从 intro 下方移动到 Hub 相关段落，只保留演示视频作为顶部主视觉。
Why
用户反馈 README 首屏同时堆叠视频和多张图片，视觉优先级混乱；这次把品牌/说明图减少和后移，让首屏更聚焦。
